Office hours are 7:15 am-1:45 pm. 

If your child is going to be out sick for the day, please call the clinic.  Please be sure that your child has an updated emergency card, physical on file and required immunizations. 

Mandatory Immunizations:

7th grade:

All students entering 7th grade, must have their 1st HPV immunizations as well as an updated physical.

8th grade:

All students entering 8th grade, must have their 2nd HPV immunization.  Please provide information signed by your provider when your child has the 2nd vaccination.

Keep your child at home if he/she has any of the following:

  • Fever over 100.4F in the past 24 hours (may return when fever-free for 24 hours without medication (Tylenol, Motrin).

  • Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours.

  • Constant, persistent cough.

  • Persistent drainage from nose/eyes due to cold or allergies that the child cannot manage in the classroom.

  • Known contagious condition (ie. strep throat) that has not been properly treated. 


All medications, with the exception of Tylenol, require a medication permission form signed cy the child’s prescriber and legal guardian.  Controlled substances (i.e.Adderall and Ritalin), must be brought to the clinic by the child’s parent or guardian in the original container.  If there are any medication changes, please notify the nurse as soon as possible.
